The NSSO invites you to take part in an online survey on the Student@work website. The aim is to gather your impressions of this newly designed website and to identify any problems you might have as a user.
Your opinion is very valuable and will help us to better understand how you judge the information provided in Student@work.
Thanks in advance for your feedback. We guarantee that your answers will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties (see privacy policy below).
Privacy policy
The survey is anonymous by default: we do not store your IP address or any other information that could identify you.
We store the following information:
- Profile data that you have made available to us and which is used for analysis purposes only;
- Answers about your use of the Student@work website in order to better understand your difficulties in using the website so that we can improve it;
- Date and time of sending the answers, exclusively to check the scope of the answers according to the date the survey was published.
Your answers will be processed by user experience experts and possibly webmasters who manage the Student@work website. An anonymised report of the survey, which states the most important information for improving the website, will be submitted to the NSSO managers responsible for this area.
The data you provide us with will only be used to improve the website. Your data will not be passed on to subcontractors. All information you have provided to us will be deleted by 31 October 2024 at the latest.
The NSSO is responsible for the processing. You have the right to access, correct and delete the data we have collected about you in the digital form. You can send your request for this purpose to enqueteportail@smals.be.
